No improvements necessary – everything was great!

The hotel offered a great breakfast with a variety of items to choose from. The location was very convenient, close to both the beach and the train station. the hotel had a friendly and helpful staff that made the stay more enjoyable.

Although parking was available, it was offsite and cost extra. , the air conditioning was not available in all areas of the room, which made it a bit uncomfortable in the shared spaces.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Pescara. The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of town close to everything. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a lovely terrace to enjoy the views. Plus, the breakfast included was a great added bonus.

During my business trip, I enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast served by the wonderful housekeepers. They were very accommodating and ensured that I had everything I needed. The location was also perfect as it was near major business establishments and key attractions. the spacious and comfortable room with a large balcony was very relaxing after a long day.

I was a bit confused upon arrival as it was not initially clear that the living areas and kitchen were shared with other guests. There was also a turnover of guests during my stay, which made me feel uncomfortable.

The B&B is situated in an ideal location, close to everything. You can easily walk to the train station in just 5 minutes or head to the beach. The rooms are spacious with first-class fittings and the breakfast is simply sumptuous. The Cuban housekeepers are warm and welcoming, and the young man on staff is always helpful. You'll also enjoy Netflix in multiple languages and amazing balconies which offer a perfect view.
